This role helps maintain high service standards by identifying trends, ensuring adherence to workflow protocols, and partnering with stakeholders to continuously improve the patient and clinic experience.
What You'll Do
- Conduct audits on order processing and patient/caregiver phone calls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company standards
- Document findings clearly and provide actionable feedback to relevant teams
- Track and report on quality metrics and team performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Partner with operations, training, and leadership teams to implement process improvements
- Support the development and maintenance of quality assurance documentation and audit tools
- Assist with the creation and delivery of quality-focused training or coaching materials as needed
- Maintain strong working knowledge of platform workflows, SOPs, and clinic-specific requirements
- Escalate quality concerns and support remediation efforts in real-time
- Ensure that all services delivered meet or exceed House Rx's standards for excellence
- You bring a strong foundation in pharmacy operations and are passionate about quality assurance
- You're experienced in processing claims, prior authorizations, and dispensing, with an eye for detail
- You've worked with specialty medications and understand the importance of accuracy in every step
- You're skilled in identifying errors, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies—and solving them
- Ability to analyze data and synthesize insights
- Proficiency in reporting tools, spreadsheets, and data visualization preferred
- You enjoy working in dynamic, start-up environments where you can help build QA processes from scratch
- You are proactive, collaborative, and committed to delivering a consistently excellent patient experience
- Experience with auditing, QA, or compliance a plus
