To enhance the quality of the shipped product and customer satisfaction.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Support the Quality Lab with parts and materials testing
• Support Production on visual aspect decisions
• Support Engineering and Quality trials involving the SILS
• Improve relationship and goodwill with customer
• Participate in Continuous Improvement tools (POSITIVE, POMs, Focused Improvement Roadmap, etc)

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES:

Competencies:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Munsell color testing
• Quality oriented
• Quality background
• Leadership Skills
• Detail Oriented
• Microsoft Outlook and Basic Microsoft Excel Applications

CUSTOMER:

Internal:

• All areas

External:

• Suppliers/Vendors – Resin validation and Paint in requirements
• Customer lab testing requirements – product validation for VW
• Color testing – part and employee color read testing VW
