Quick Lube Technician - #179283

Job Summary

The Quick Lube Technician at Roger Dean Chevrolet - Cape Coral is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair services on customer cars and light trucks. This includes oil changes, Tire repairs, Tire replacement, and Filter services. The Technician will also be responsible for providing customer service and following all safety procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a Full-Time position with an hourly wage of $15 to $18 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Additional benefits may be available.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes on customer cars and trucks as requested
• Inspect and maintain customer vehicles, including brakes and tire rotation as needed
• Perform diagnostic services on customer vehicles as requested
• Provide quality customer service and build relationships with customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate any vehicle issues to management
  
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and parts
• Ability to use basic hand tools and engine diagnostic tools
• Ability to follow instructions and read diagrams of auto parts
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Valid driver's license and a relatively clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
