Pay Structure

Compensation is tailored to experience level and preference, offering flexibility between hourly or commission-based pay.

• Hourly: $10 per hour plus bonuses upon deal closure
• Commission:
• Wholesale: 5% of wholesale fee
• Listing: 3% of 3% commission
• Purchase: 1% of purchase price
  
  

Responsibilities

• Source real estate opportunities through proactive prospecting, including door knocking and cold calling.
• Manage and follow up on leads efficiently using our CRM system.
• Attend weekly training meetings and participate in morning check-ins for strategizing and support.
• Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally across various channels.
• Occasionally visit properties to install lockboxes, take photos, etc. (if applicable).
• Engage with distressed sellers, building rapport and addressing objections effectively.
• Continuously learn and improve proficiency with company software and tools.
• Conduct research on comparables, property values, and conditions using MLS and other resources.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas to drive team success.
  
  

Bonus Pay: Available after 90 days based on meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
