THE ROLE

We don't have a TC seat open right now, but the great ones are always worth meeting. If you run contract-to-close like clockwork, get on our radar before we're hiring.

Our TC drives every deal from signed contract to close — coordinating title companies, attorneys, sellers, buyers, and documents, keeping every deadline on track. W-2, in-office Cary/Raleigh (~$55–60K). Not open today, but we keep great TCs on file and reach out first when it is.

You're great at

• Tracking a dozen deadlines without dropping one
• Coordinating title companies, attorneys, all parties calmly
• Keeping documents complete, correct, on time
• Staying organized when several deals close at once
• Communicating clearly under deadline pressure
  
  

What you’ll do

• Manage deals from executed contract through closing
• Coordinate title companies, attorneys, sellers, buyers
• Track and hit key dates (EMD, inspection, title, closing)
• Prepare, collect, organize closing documents
• Keep all parties informed and the deal on schedule
  
  

What we’re looking for

• In-office in Cary/Raleigh, full-time (when hiring)
• Real estate transaction-coordination or closing experience
• Exceptional organization and deadline discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with CRMs and document/eSignature tools
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with investor/wholesale or cash transactions
• Familiarity with NC closings, title, attorney processes
• Notary or closing-coordination certifications
