We are searching for a self-motivated individual to fill the position of Receptionist on our fast-paced, growing team.This full-time/part-time position will assist the office staff in various office duties that are critical to the operation of the company. This individual will need to be an organized and efficient person who is a team player. Pay: $45 Hourly Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls, screen and transfer to the appropriate staffGreet incoming visitors, vendors and contractorsSort and send company mailMaintain an orderly filing systemOrder office suppliesAssist in special projects as necessary Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in an office environmentStrong computer and phone skillsGood communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelAbility to multi-taskStrong organizational skills
