Job Summary

The Receptionist provides a positive first impression of the company by answering calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, directing each call to the appropriate staff members.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone and video calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English and Spanish, as needed.
• Route calls to appropriate team members or take detailed messages.
• Respond to basic client inquiries regarding policies and services.
• Perform virtual administrative tasks including data entry, and email management.
  
  

Primary Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (remote experience preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with remote tools (Microsoft Teams, phone systems).
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home setup.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in or with a Medicare and/or ACA insurance agency/carrier.
• Familiarity with insurance terms, client service protocols, or CRM software.
• Availability during standard business hours, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time.
  
  

This position pays a range between $18 - $22 per hour, based on skills and experience.
