Job Summary

Amazon Ads Talent Acquisition is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to support the rapid growth of one of Amazon’s fastest-growing businesses. This role focuses on sourcing and recruiting top talent for technical and non-technical roles, including Software Development Engineers (SDEs), Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Product Managers, and Sales professionals. The ideal candidate is curious, results-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidate profiles for roles within the Amazon Ads organization
• Conduct initial recruiter phone screens and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Partner with business-aligned recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Support recruiting efforts for high-growth areas including SDEs, TPMs, Product Management, and Sales
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process

Skills

• Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with technical recruiting is a plus
• Comfortable working under immediate supervision and following established guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0–2 years of recruiting experience (open to candidates with less than 6 months of experience)
• Experience in both technical and non-technical recruiting is a plus

Contract Length: 11 Months

Pay Range: $35 - $38 per hour
