As a Regional In-Hot Water Commercial Specialist, you will work with our sales and operations teams to grow existing customers and create new ones. As a team, you will drive revenue through quotations, placing orders, checking stock, checking prices and assisting in problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction You will be responsible for positively supporting the In Hot Water Program, which includes our commercial water heater replacement program and promoting the AO Smith (AOS) product line and other key vendor water solutions lines. This person must be knowledgeable and proactively support all the product lines Reece offers.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$68,640.00 - $95,700.00
In this role you may be eligible for additional contributions to your total rewards package like commission, profit sharing, or an annual bonus. Total Rewards components may be subject to written plan documents.

As a Regional In-Hot Water Commercial Specialist, you will work with our sales and operations teams to grow existing customers and create new ones. What You’ll Bring
- Answers and quickly responds to the IHW after-hours number.
- Directs assigned associates in afterhours openings and IHW deliveries. (Participates in openings and deliveries as needed)
- Monitors AOS parts and water heating units' inventories at the branch location
- Appraises Branch and Purchasing Managers of recommended inventory levels as needed.
- Monitors electric commercial conversion operation and assists when necessary.
- If a factory representative is needed the IHW Owner will make that decision.
- Monitors IHW delivery associates, equipment and materials.
- High School education or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a related wholesale distribution business
- Inside Sales experience
- Water Heater Product Knowledge
- Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.
- Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.
- Operation of Office Equipment — Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.
- Oral Communication Skills – Speaking, Speech Clarity, and Speech Recognition.
- Written Communication Skills – Writing, Reading and Written Comprehension, and Written Expression.
