High Leverage Activites

  • Leadership over Parts and Service Departments including regular weekly travel to all assigned locations at Allegiance
  • Implement monthly operational reviews with locations in assigned region
  • Ensure 100% compliance of daily routines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in service within assigned locations

Job Responsibilities

  • Full P&L responsibility for the Fixed Operations as well as support functions of assigned locations, responsible for meeting and exceeding annual budget
  • Through direct actions, drive positive cultural mindset across assigned locations, supporting Allegiance Trucks cultural initiatives
  • Ensure achievement of highest level of factory programs (i.e. International Prestige Standards, Isuzu Circle of Excellence
  • Oversight of the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of locations across assigned footprint
  • Support of whole goods and lease and rental operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred)
  • At least 8 years’ experience in the industry / dealership environment
  • At least 8 years' experience in a leadership role
