Registered Nurse | SHVI Ambulatory Outpatient
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our dynamic cardiology practice. This full-time role supports both clinical and operational functions within the clinic, working closely with providers to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will bring clinical skills, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cardiology providers to ensure smooth and timely patient care.
Manage patient triage, including answering patient calls, assessing symptoms, and coordinating appropriate follow-up care.
Assist with coordination of care, medication management, and patient education.
Participate in clinic huddles and contribute to process improvements and workflow enhancements.
Fulfill one holiday triage shift every two years (remote).
