St. Francis Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time nursing team. The Opportunity

Position: Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: St. Francis Healthcare Center

Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour

Schedule: PM and NOC Shifts Available

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed
  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate significant changes to physicians and appropriate team members
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Provide clinical guidance and supervision to CNAs and other nursing personnel
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
  • Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life through compassionate care
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and changing resident needs
  • Participate in care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and resident advocacy

Qualifications

  • Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
  • Passion for delivering exceptional resident-centered care
