Job Description

An employer is looking for a highly-skilled remote business analyst to join one of our largest national healthcare clients for a contract-to-hire opportunity. In this role you'll join a growing team of 5 and act as the business liaison for a project as this team works to set up a new data warehouse. In this role you'll work cross functionally with the technical team and stakeholders to ensure data is accurately tested and that all PHI / PII is removed from the data. This team recently obtained a new client who has more security requirements in regards to their data, therefore this team is required to create an entirely new data warehouse in order to adhere to those requirements. In order to be successful on this team you must have hands on experience with UAT testing, writing Sql queries from scratch in order to pull data from their database, and must be familiar with healthcare data, specifically PHI or PII, and the PBM space. Ideally this team would love to convert this contract at the end of their 6 month assignment if budget allows.

Skills And Requirements

• 3 years of experience working as a business analyst
• Prior experience working within the healthcare space, specifically within the PBM space
• Prior experience working with PHI / PII
• Experience writing Sql queries from scratch, particularly to pull data from their database
• Prior experience with UAT testing
• Analytical mindset
• Ability to self manage and work remotely
• Ability to work cross functionally between stakeholders and team mates null
