Seeking an experienced pharmaceutical sales representative to manage a territory including Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Newport News, Norfolk, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Generating sales and promoting the clinical and economic benefits of products
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) and staff
  • Educating medical professionals through scientific information and educational programs
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external resources to achieve sales goals
  • Developing strategic business plans based on complex data analysis
  • Identifying new growth opportunities within the territory

Qualifications Include

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1-2 years sales experience in pharma, biotech, or related industries
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing territories independently
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to learn and explain complex medical/scientific information
  • Valid US driver’s license with a clean record
  • Influence skills without direct authority

Compensation and benefits: Salary range of $100-120K, plus incentives, medical/dental/vision, 401K match, paid holidays, PTO, and other perks. Candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. This role offers remote work flexibility and growth opportunities.
