Remote Project Coordinator (Telecom)
TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced team driving telecom and infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and takes pride in keeping projects organized and on track.
This resource can work 100% remotely, supporting typical daytime business hours in the Alaska Time Zone, Monday through Friday.

This resource can work 100% remotely, supporting typical daytime business hours in the Alaska Time Zone, Monday through Friday.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate project activities including materials, inventory, and workflow tracking
- Maintain and update project documentation (schedules, drawings, permits, charters, etc.)
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and operational issues
- Partner with engineering, site acquisition teams, contractors, and vendors to meet timelines
- Track circuit orders, purchase orders, and materials delivery
- Ensure regulatory and company compliance across project documentation
- Audit and validate site and project data
- Support administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and documentation
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, construction, telecom, inventory/warehouse, or related field
- At least 1 year working in a professional office environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- Telecom Industry certifications
- Experience with project tracking systems and data validation
- Background supporting telecom or infrastructure projects
This is a Contract position based out of Anchorage, AK.
