Job Summary:
The Product – Systems Testing NG – Analyst III supports business partners to deliver solutions which achieve product and territorial expansion, operational improvements and new system implementations. Assists as a liaison between developer and end-users, providing technical support to successfully implement comprehensive policy and agency management system changes to comply with filed programs for multiple states, companies, products and lines of business
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares test plans and scenarios for usability testing, executes test scenarios, approves project implementation and verifies the production output upon implementation
- Verifies the accuracy of new states and products, rate revisions, projects, and production problem corrections, to ensure a quality product
- Formulates the test strategy for testing through analysis of system requirements
- Works closely with Business team to review requirements and ensure comprehensive test plan
- Coordinates and documents, under supervision, the resolution of problems encountered during and after the usability testing
- Assists in performing quality control procedures in the production environment
- Maintains familiarity with required vendor service reports per policy transaction, line of business and product, utilizing vendor test bed data to ensure accuracy of expected results in UAT analysis
- Provides automated testing of various insurance products
- Supports off-hours deliveries or periodic off-hours functional testing as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years related experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to conduct investigation and research into system errors and discrepancies
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and timeliness in order to meet customer expectations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with business and technical resources
- Problem-solving skills, effective listening, interaction, discretion, and diplomacy skills
- Performs well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environment
- General understanding of the insurance industry and organizational relationships of the company
