Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel schedules and itineraries for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Liaise with clients, travel partners, and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to clients, offering insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences.
  • Handle travel inquiries and requests from clients, responding promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records of travel bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Handle general office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments, to ensure efficient operations.
