We are seeking a Reservation Specialist to assist with coordinating and managing travel bookings for clients. This role focuses on accuracy, organization, and providing reliable support throughout the reservation process.
Primary Responsibilities
- Process and manage travel reservations, including accommodations, transportation, and packaged experiences
- Review booking details for accuracy and completeness prior to confirmation
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates
- Make adjustments to existing reservations as needed
- Work with travel partners to confirm availability and secure bookings
- Maintain organized records of reservations and client details
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable navigating online booking systems and tools
- Self-directed and dependable in a remote work setting
- Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or reservations is a plus
- Fully remote position
- Flexible schedule based on workload and client needs
- Initial onboarding and training provided
- Ongoing access to tools and support resources
- Compensation is based on experience and performance
