Job Summary (Multiple positions)

The Beauty Sales Associate plays a key role at Teso Life by delivering an exceptional shopping experience and helping customers find the right beauty products. This position requires a passion for beauty, strong sales ability, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, driving sales, and maintaining the store’s appearance and operations.

The Cashier is responsible for providing efficient and friendly customer service at the checkout counter. This role involves handling transactions, assisting customers with purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Home Goods/Toys Team Member is responsible for ensuring that items are well-stocked, organized, and properly displayed. This role involves replenishing inventory, ensuring product displays meet company standards, and assisting customers with product inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

1. Previous retail experience preferred but not required.

2. Excellent communication skills, outgoing, and friendly, capable of building relationships with a diverse range of customers.

3. Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

4. Ability to lift and carry boxes and stand for extended periods.

5. Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
