Working with us allows you to enjoy a beautiful, natural environment and resident goats, chickens, and ducks. You’ll be given opportunities to train, learn, and grow to your greatest potential. We prioritize caring for our employees as much as our customers. Get ready to dig deeper, reach higher, and grow together with For Garden’s Sake —where every plant needs a home and every home needs a plant!

The Position

We are seeking an experienced Retail Garden Center Manager to step into our vibrant world, where nature and commerce intertwine. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate daily operations and utilize your innate leadership skills to nurture both people and sales/profitability. As a member of the FGS Leadership Team, your insights will guide us toward new heights of growth and innovation. This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in a role that harmonizes leadership, creativity, and a love for the great outdoors!

This is a full-time year-round position paying $60,000 annually plus incentives. We offer paid time off and holidays; medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; matching 401K; discounts at the Garden Center; and work-life balance. Advancement opportunities available as we continue to grow.
