• Physical ability to lift 60+ lbs. frequently, spend up to 100% of work time, other than breaks, standing and moving, climbing and kneeling on concrete or hard surfaces; use of forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders and rolling staircases; work outdoors under various extreme weather conditions. Consistent adherence to safety standards
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques

As a Carryout Associate at North 40, your main priority is to connect with our customers and be a genuine resource on our products. You play a key role in the overall customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, accurate product information, and solution recommendations for our customer’s needs.To support maintaining an impressive environment for our customers, you will help with stocking and merchandising products, and safeguarding company assets. You are committed to doing a job well – and you demonstrate that by your willingness to learn, your reliability, and your genuine interest in and support of your teammates.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CARRYOUT ASSOCIATE

This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
