What We're Looking For:

We're searching for a dynamic individual with a magnetic personality and a passion for making a difference. As our Retail Store Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the heartbeat of our operations, combining leadership, customer service, and operational excellence to ensure our success soars to new heights.

Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Dive into the excitement of managing our business’s day-to-day operations, setting the tone for success with your positive attitude and boundless energy
• Forge lasting connections with customers in person or on the phone, sharing your warm smiles and enthusiasm to keep them coming back for more
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring our stock is as vibrant and dynamic as our brand
• Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for new and existing employees
• Lead by example, coaching and guiding our exceptional team to deliver outstanding service and reach their full potential
  
  

Requirements:

• Garment retail experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Exemplary customer service and selling skills
• The ability to travel in order to make bank deposits
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google
• Ability to work a variety of shifts within a 40-hour workweek (Including evenings and weekends)
• Standing & Walking for 8+ Hours and the ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs
