Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and delivering quality nursing care to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
- Develops, reviews, and updates comprehensive nursing care plans based on assessments and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Implements and evaluates patient care, prioritizing needs and ensuring safety and therapeutic standards.
- Performs patient education, acts as a role model, and mentors staff and students.
- Maintains effective communication, documents accurately, and promotes patient confidentiality.
- Utilizes critical thinking and evidence-based practices within unit operations, patient flow, and safety guidelines.
- Ensures compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards, managing equipment, documentation, and safety protocols.
- Requires BSN, valid RN license, BLS, and 6 months to 1-year RN experience; full-time schedule.
