We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide remote patient support via our call center. This role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care to patients who are ill, injured, or managing chronic conditions. You will play a critical role in assessing patient needs, diagnosing conditions, and creating treatment plans.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse group of patients.
Develop and manage patient treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members.
Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Serve as a point of contact for patient communications, offering timely and empathetic responses to inquiries and concerns.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance practices.
Coordinate patient referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities as needed.
Ensure the accuracy and security of patient medical records.
Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse or in a related medical field.
Proficiency with medical software and familiarity with medical equipment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients quickly.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Capability to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced remote environment.
