A Day In The Life:

Identifying Opportunities: The Sales Manager will analyze industry data and identify new business opportunities for Hasbro us various sources of information. Opportunities will then be sized and presented to members of the organization.

Brand Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Hasbro brands, consumer targets, and product line. Develop assets to educate accounts on Hasbro brands and create account/channel specific strategies for sell-in including curating a product assortment, create marketing programs, etc.

Relationship Management: The Sales Manager will establish connections with key contacts at the account and work on cultivating/developing strong customer relationships. They regularly share insights and apply data to drive sell-in and sell-through. They understand their account needs and work to achieve mutually beneficial results.


Forecasting & Analytics
: Accountable for delivering or exceeding sales targets. Responsible for using data to accurately project sales and regularly communicating any changes to the plan as they occur.

Cross-Functional Partnerships: Partners regularly with marketing, account support, logistics, accounts payable, finance, flow planning, data management and legal. Responsible for managing new account onboarding internally and ensuring milestones are completed efficiently and effectively to start actualizing revenue. Sales Managers also need to be able to articulate their customer needs and influence internally.


What You'll Bring:

  • BA/BS Required
  • 5+ years of transferrable experience and a proven ability to succeed in a fast paced environment and achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Strong understanding of retail metrics and proven analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management, prioritization, planning, and organization skills
  • Ability to lead a cross functional team
  • Sophisticated Excel/Powerpoint/PC skills
