About Us:Mills Automotive Group is a growing and dynamic dealership group looking for a high-performing Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about delivering results through leadership, professionalism, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the sales department
Build rapport with customers and develop a strong client base
Work directly with team members and customers to improve the sales process
Provide hands-on training and support to the sales staff
Desk deals, track gross logs, and RDR vehicles
Purchase vehicles from auctions and manage pre-owned inventory
Maintain a professional and driven work ethic in a team environment
Assist in all other aspects of sales department management
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
Preferred Experience In Automotive Finance
High school diploma or GED required
Experience using CDK, CRM software, and Google Drive
Comfortable handling phone communication with customers and vendors
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle report
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
