The Sales Operations Analysts role is to help our customer-facing sales team sell more effectively and efficiently through data, analytics, and process improvement. This person will work closely with leadership to drive and implement our sales strategy; as well as leadership across Finance, Product, Operations and

What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner with sales leadership and other cross-functional teams on initiatives including (but not limited to) business reviews, pipeline reviews, territory optimization, goal setting processes, and sales incentive administration
  • Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders
  • Serve as Salesforce system/support to Americas region
  • Build tools and reporting to evaluate team performance towards KPIs
  • Support CRM adoption and manage ongoing engagement with IT including user management, data management, application setup, customization, reporting and dashboards
  • Work with our global deployment team to establish suitable process to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Design, develop, implement and maintain business solutions and recommendations to improve performance
  • Serve as a point of contact for Salesforce & CPQ new user training and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requests

Must Have For This Role

  • Minimum 3 years or relevant experience in Sales Operations
  • 2-3 years Excel and Salesforce, including creating reports & dashboards in SFDC.
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate recommendations to non-technical audiences.

Nice To Have

  • Experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Partner Relationship Management; CPQ; Marketo, Data Visualization platforms (i.e. Qliksense)
  • Experience with Territory alignment or target setting
  • Sales operations experience at a high-growth tech company
  • Experience in project management

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $60,000-$70,000 base salary, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
