TQL is seeking motivated, high performing individuals to apply for our Fast Track Sales Development Program. We will pay to relocate you to Cincinnati, Ohio to train with some of the top brokers in the company. Once you’ve completed training and built a solid book of business, TQL will pay to relocate you again to any of our 60+ offices nationwide. Our best in-class paid training and mentorship program will teach you everything you need to know about sales, logistics and supply chain management. POSITION IS LOCATED IN CINCINNATI - PAID RELOCATION PROVIDED

What you'll do:

  • Spend 26 weeks partnered with a successful freight broker
  • Make calls and establish relationships to build your book of business
  • Close new and existing customers
  • Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
  • Manage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Provide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally

  

What you need: 

  • Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and determination to outperform your peers
  • Strong negotiation skills with the professionalism to handle conflict
  • A passion for exceptional customer service
  • College degree preferred
