The Human Resources team here at Holland Home in Grand Rapids is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team of professionals as a full-time Scheduler.
As a Scheduler, You Will
- Create and distribute staffing schedules for assigned units
- Monitor work schedules to ensure adequate staffing for units and fill open shifts as needed
- Set up and track all employee trainings and yearly skills fairs
- Monitor and track PTO, ESTA, and FMLA time off
- Participate in the holiday rotation with the rest of the Scheduling team
- As part of the Human Resources team, all members assist current employees when needed
- Our top candidates for this opportunity will have prior experience in scheduling and/or general office experience
- Strong computer skills are also required
- This busy position must be able to multi-task and manage through workflow interruptions
- We seek candidates with the ability to manage confidential issues with professional discretion
