Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy.
  • Address any issues or concerns that may arise during travel, providing prompt assistance and creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records of travel bookings, expenses, and client information virtually, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Work closely with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience.
