Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Scheduler with knowledge of the In-Home Care industry to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Eugene, Oregon. The successful candidate will provide clients and caregivers scheduling and communication needs. This position is a team based role and offers an attractive wage of $21 per hour, paid biweekly.

We are seeking an experienced and organized Scheduler with knowledge of the In-Home Care industry to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Eugene, Oregon. The successful candidate will provide clients and caregivers scheduling and communication needs. This position is a team based role and offers an attractive wage of $21 per hour, paid biweekly.

- Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence
- Provide support to our In Home Care division
- Scheduling
- Communication with clients and caregivers
- Speaking with various community partners and new client inquiries
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience with Senior or Health Care Industries
- Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
