- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Be subject to a drug screen and physical

- Are there jobs available now?
- We have several part-time positions available.
- How many hours a week will I work?
- All positions are providing 30 or more hours per week.
- Can I drive for my child’s school?
- It depends on the route assignment. However, it can be arranged with other drivers for CCSD students.
- Is there other work available besides regular bus routes?
- Yes, field trips and charter event trips for bus drivers are available.
- What is the rate of pay?
- Driver starting pay is $21.75 / monitor pay is $12.50 per hour.
- Can I take my bus home with me?
- No, park outs are not authorized.
- Do I get benefits?
- Benefits are available for all employees.
- Do you provide training?
- Yes, we provide all the training to obtain a CDL.
- Do you pay for training?
- Yes, CDL Training is at $15.00 per hour. Monitor training is $10.00 per hour.
- When do I get my first check?
- After the first week of training.
