The role of a Customer Advocate is to create a positive first impression with our customers at Safelite. This organized and enthusiastic professional handles administrative tasks like managing schedules, work orders, and invoicing. They also greet customers in person and assist with answering phone calls and emails, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impact.
What You'll Receive
A competitive weekly base pay starting at $18.00/hour.
A Monday to Saturday schedule, with a rotating day off during the week.
Full-time hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, averaging 38 to 40 hours per week.
A 90-day position, with an evaluation after the initial 90 days to potentially extend the seasonal position.

What You'll Do
Welcome customers to the shop and efficiently address any concerns or issues, always finding creative solutions.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes related to service issues, pricing, warranties, dispatch, repairs, and more.
Ensure smooth operations by confirming and completing work order information, including insurance verification, additional parts, and missing details.
Efficiently manage administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, work orders, credit memos, and dealer part orders.
Review orders from the national contact center and coordinate with special accounts.
Perform any other assigned duties.
What You'll Need
High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required.
1-3 years of experience in telephone operations or business administration.
Ability to deliver world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
