Position Description
Security Personnel are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The uniformed specialist will perform foot patrols of campus to monitor for any irregularities, enforce regulations, and report those findings.

Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or equivalency preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of experience in the security sector preferred but not required.
- Must possess a current and valid Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Security Officer’s license.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have a professional demeanor in both communication and physical appearance.
- Maintain visibility through actively patrolling the facility.
- Manage the security guard post, access control, and visitor sign in process.
- Participates in Emergency Preparedness Drills.
- Document all theft, safety, health hazards, accidents or incidents in your Daily Activity Report.
- Provide escorts to both the tenants, visitors, contractors or direct law enforcement or other agencies.
- May be required to stand for long periods of time.
- Comfortable in radio transmissions and relaying information.
- Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
