Job Purpose/Overview:

Bridging the gap between operations and strategy, Nuvera helps our clients design, build, and manage seamless support experiences to simplify the complex when it comes to starting and staying on therapy. We feel our unique blend of deep expertise and non-traditional thinking helps pharma do what’s meaningful and not just what is possible or expected. The Senior Analyst who will provide research and analysis of specialty products with ability to understand the challenges and develop recommendations for support strategies, and participate in building and managing client relationships

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide key support through project management, secondary & primary research, material accumulation, content expertise, and deliverable creation
  • Provide analysis and recommendations based on research, including insights and recommendations on the findings
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations. And coordinate and provide internal and external project communications
  • Develop content for various project work in PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel and other tools as needed. And serve as a content resource for the development of materials, market research reports, implementation of studies, etc.
  • Contribute timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all projects
  • Participate in project team meetings and collaborate with fellow team members to efficiently complete engagements within project scope
  • Other work as assigned


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher. MBA or Master’s preferred
  • Management consulting experience with 3+ years of experience generating research materials and summaries
  • Presentation and presentation development skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple priorities within changing environment
  • Experience working with and advising key account/client stakeholders
  • Work in Cedar Knolls office T/W/T, remote work Monday and Friday
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
  • United States Citizenship or valid VISA
  • Understanding and knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical industries to include all or some of the following:
  • product launch/commercialization
  • product strategy and positioning
  • commercial operations
  • patient services
  • market access
  • product access and administration
  • reimbursement support
  • adherence solutions
  • hub services
  • health outcomes strategy & optimization
  • specialty pharmacy distribution

Salary Range:

The base pay range for this position is $90,000 K – $120,000 K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
