Job Summary

The Senior Client Services Manager will serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and be responsible for successfully driving operational accountability, standardization, and sustainability across the portfolio. Regional Manager coordinates strategies with the regional and account management teams to ensure operations transform into best in class. This role involves continually evaluating strategies to assure the highest client and customer satisfaction levels leading to increased account retention. Senior Client Services Manager is also responsible for fostering strong employee relations, achieving financial objectives, driving implementation of innovative technology, overseeing projects, and developing plans for future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to the portfolio Senior Vice President
  • Works with Client and SVP to drive cost savings, account retention, and business development strategies
  • Develop transformation plan of operations to achieve best-in-class service delivery
  • Identify standardization opportunities for all contracted services, SOPs, innovative technologies, etc.
  • Analyzes data and metrics to measure business performance
  • Work Remote & Visits units regularly to inspect unit operations to ensure contract compliance
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a culture of accountability and the regional and unit levels
  • Monitors operational performance and initiates action plans as necessary
  • Assists in customizing programs to meet each account's unique needs as required
  • Leads the safety management team to secure the safety and job training of all associates
  • Performs operational audits of units and designs improvements to optimize financial performance, operational productivity and to ensure conformance with government and accrediting agency standards, regulations, and codes regarding food storage, preparation, sanitation and record keeping
  • Monitors and ensures the development of accurate forecasts for all units
  • Makes proper use of customer food preference surveys
  • Attend appropriate food service committee meetings
  • Attend quarterly client meetings
  • Performs related duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to prepare, analyze, and present complex business reviews to clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Demonstrated sound analytical and intuitive judgment in decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (required).
  • Background in Hospitality.
  • Experience in Contract Foodservice.
  • Innovative thinker with business and culinary creativity.
  • Self-motivated problem solver with flexibility and strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused, highly organized, with an understanding of contract financial principles.
