Job Description
This Senior Data Product Owner will be responsible for advancing, building, and evangelizing the Customer 360 data product that will help drive revenue, create operational efficiencies, and advance multiple corporate strategies. This position will be responsible for working with stakeholders, both senior and junior, across the organization to understand, develop and prioritize product roadmaps that align with strategic objectives. These objectives include personalized customer experiences, growth through cross-sell and deepening relationships through the effective use of enterprise data. The Senior Data Product Owner will organize and drive the data work required to make these objectives successful by partnering with Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Governance, and line of business leaders across the company. This position may manage a team of Data Product Analysts or Data Product Owners or lead a cross-functional team responsible for capturing the detailed requirements, designing, refining, and delivering of Customer 360.

How You'll Spend Your Time
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management, enterprise data management, business analytics management or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: 10+ years’ experience in data product management or a related field.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will assess enterprise data needs and priorities to shape and manage product roadmaps.
- You will own the full data product lifecycle, from requirements through delivery within scope and timeline.
- You will partner across product, operations, IT, and business teams to build effective solutions.
- You will translate concepts into detailed specifications with clear user scenarios and success measures.
- You will support QA efforts with development teams to ensure accurate, timely releases.
- You will guide and develop team members by reinforcing strong data product development practices.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management, enterprise data management, business analytics management or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: 10+ years’ experience in data product management or a related field.
- Highly developed SQL skills and deep data management experience. This presumes an in-depth knowledge of data manipulation and integration.
- A deep understanding of data governance and master data management and their role in data integrity and mastered data products.
- Demonstrated Product Management ability including utilizing an agile framework to lead a team in the delivery of data products.
- Experience with complex customer data architecture and how it ties customers, products, transactions, and interactions across a company
- Excellent leadership skills including alignment with BOKF core values. Proven ability to manage priority and expectations across business units and lines of authority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills used across all levels of an organization. Proven ability to build strong business and team partnerships is essential.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting and managing projects with business leaders, including financial acumen (cost/benefit analysis, resource allocations, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with strong aptitude to collect and analyze complex problems that include interrelationships and dependencies in order to formulate effective solutions.
- Experience developing joint solutions and/or completing data integrations with external partners.
- Proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities and make judgment calls based on objective information.
- Experience using Agile Scrum, JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in AWS, Snowflake, Power BI/Tableau or similar cloud based platforms a plus.
