Position Summary...Are you a Senior Designer passionate about making a brand relevant to every American consumer? At Walmart Creative Studio, you'll have the creative freedom to develop new design systems and campaigns that win hearts and minds. Use your expertise in Figma and multi-channel design to create visually stunning assets, from paid media to presentation decks. What you'll do...

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00

What you'll do...
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously to allow the team to move with speed.
- Guide projects forward independently after initial training.
- Use your expertise in Figma to create high-quality digital designs, including templates, paid ads, and presentation decks.
- Maintain a clean and simple design aesthetic that aligns with our team's philosophy.
- Work with team members to brainstorm and solve design challenges.
- Contribute to a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and learning new skills from peers.
- You will ensure all design work follows brand guidelines and maintain consistency across multiple platforms and materials.
- Keep up with the latest design trends and best practices to improve your work.
- Build relationships with team members and partners.
- Preferably based in Hoboken to facilitate hands-on collaboration and daily team interactions.
- Design toolkits, paid ads, and presentation decks that align with Walmart's Discovery campaigns.
- Work with digital design systems, within Figma, and help evolve existing templates.
- Use knowledge in grid structures to create, develop, and refine presentation decks.
- Participate in the new brand refresh of Walmart, contributing to the evolving design style and creative direction.
- 5+ years of design experience within an agency
- 5+ years experience as a Senior Designer in the retail industry
- 4+ years experience in a creative role
- Portfolio showcasing a range of multi-channel creative projects
- Experience of design, typography, photography, layout principles, and production process.
- Proficiency in creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Figma, Microsoft 365.
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
