As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating new technologies and making decisions based on factors like compatibility with Target's technical environment, maintainability, and cost. We are looking for candidates with either a Master's degree in Management of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 3 years of related experience; or a Bachelor's degree in the same fields with 5 years of progressive experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience in delivering full-stack web application projects in Java stack and Spring framework, developing high-performance and secure deliverables, communicating product vision and roadmaps, leading disaster recovery activities, and utilizing a variety of tools and technologies.
