What You Will Do
This position will be responsible for delivering education-drive B2B animation strategy and deliverables (online + offline) for the Medical Dispensing channel. The role involves significant cross-functional collaboration opportunities with global Marketing/Innovation, Medical Communications, and International Business Development teams.
Responsibilities Include
Primary Focus (50%)
- Build 2-3 B2B animations per year: utilizing an online + offline approach that can support markets of all sizes and levels of maturity, create campaigns that leverage both existing and newly-created content, including but not limited to:
- Brand and product training materials
- Professional development content (soft skills)
- Continuing Medical Education initiatives
- D2C promotional collateral
- Manage two digital learning/outreach platforms
- LDBPro: Manage the SkinCeuticals brand corner for this global site, which targets audience of HCPs (physicians, mid-level providers, pharmacists)
- Manage editorial calendar, working cross-functionally to select appropriate and strategic content
- Execute new page creation in support of this calendar
- Select and curate newsletter topics based on division-wide themes
- Online Professional Academy: an LMS (Learning Management System) serving SkinCeuticals employees and customers
- Manage content: launch trainings, professional development content, Medical highlights
- Supervise tech support agency, liaising with Markets to ensure any needs or concerns are addressed
- Support site managers in each country with activation, translation, or other technical concerns
- Cross-functional projects with International Business Development and Commercial teams.
- Vendor and PO management for authoring tool, LMS platform, instructional designers, etc
- Content writing: net new collateral for B2B audience on brand and/or professional development topics
- Booth support at DMI-led medical congresses may be requested (1-3x per year)
- Examples: American Academy of Dermatology Annual meeting, IMCAS (Paris), AMWV (Monaco), World Congress of Dermatology
What We Are Looking For:
- Undergraduate Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in field education, sales, or content writing
- Experience in direct instruction to adult learners is useful but not required
- Licensed aesthetician or medical field experience preferred
- Very strong written communication and curriculum development skills are a key factor to success in the role
- Experience in ideation, creation, and execution of training and/or B2B marketing materials
- Position requires global coverage and flexibility of office hours to support all time zones in key markets.
- Ability to Travel - May include up to 30% travel (international and domestic)
- Strong project management skills are necessary for managing multiple priorities with autonomy and good judgement, in service of meeting business-critical deadlines
- Absolute proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint is non-negotiable
- Experience/proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and/or LMS management desired but not required
