Wiese USA, one of the nation’s largest Cat Lift Truck dealers, is seeking a specialist for our corporate team headquartered in St. Louis. Wiese operates from over 40 locations across 25 states. Wiese USA has been a leader in the sales and service of material handling equipment and warehouse management solutions for over 80 years.

Position Summary: Responsible for helping to protect the organization’s interests and maintaining its operations within the culture of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Manages complex agreements.
  • Build close relationships with colleagues across all levels of the business, both internally and externally, to provide comprehensive and timely guidance.
  • Advises management on compliance matters.
  • Manages, organizes, and archives documents with software tools and technology.
  • Conducts fact-finding, data collection, and analysis used for business purposes.
  • Assist with litigation response and corporate governance.
  • Compiles and analyzes data required for merger and acquisition projects.
  • Handles real estate related issues, including mortgage concerns, leases, occupancy, environmental concerns, permits, and zoning.

Education And/or Experience

  • 2+ years of similar experience

Computer Skills

Intermediate to advanced user-level computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and proficiency with other specific software applications as required.

Contacts & Interactions

This role is highly visible within the organization and requires effective and ongoing interactions with team members at all levels throughout the company. Occasional to frequent interactions with leadership and other representatives of customers, suppliers, and partner organizations may be expected in the course of work.

Travel

The work environment is based in a corporate setting, but may require travel to various off-site locations, primarily by air. Periods of travel may include overnight stays.
