The NFL is looking for a Senior Product Manager—Web Platforms to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of web-based products and experiences. The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and drive growth.

Salary
$140,000—$175,000 USD

Responsibilities
Strategic Product Leadership
- Develop the Web Platforms product roadmap that aligns with organizational goals while balancing multiple business and user needs
- Work with research and experience design partners to understand and socialize the evolving needs of fans/customers, content teams, and partners
- Define and communicate product vision across the organization
- Oversee the end-to-end development cycle of NFL's web platforms
- Execute the Web Platforms product roadmap incorporating inputs from stakeholders, Design U/X, Engineering, and Project Management
- Work as part of an autonomous agile team with engineers, designers, U/X, research, data & analytics, and direct-to-consumer colleagues
- Foster an inclusive environment where all viewpoints are welcomed and encouraged
- Gather, analyze, and visualize data to measure success and inform future product decisions
- Define meaningful KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize user experiences
- Minimum 7 years' experience
- 3 years management experience
- Strong understanding of web technologies and platform development
- Experience with content management systems and publishing workflows
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibility
- Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning
- Skilled in backlog management and prioritization frameworks
- Ability to balance technical constraints with business objectives
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with multiple internal teams and external partners
- Ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Commitment to creating outstanding product experiences for fans and customers
- Experience with personalization and recommendation systems
- Understanding of accessibility standards for web platforms
- Full-Time - 40 hours/week in office.
