About The Position

Mammoth Sports Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent who would be responsible for managing a team on a construction site and executing the project on schedule. The primary focus of the Senior Superintendent would be to provide oversight of all field

Operations. The Senor Superintendent will assist the Estimating, Business Development, Planning and Coordination, Director of Civil Construction, and Project Management.

JOB LOCATION : Sioux Falls, South Dakota

SALARY : TBD, Based on Qualifications +Benefits

Esstential Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that all resources of the company are managed and coordinated in an efficient and professional manner on all projects
• Perform work within the budget and on time
• Manage all personnel, including hiring and training involved in the project
• Hire, train, troubleshoot, problem resolution, and supervise all civil personnel
• Act as a liaison between Director of Civil Construction and Executive Team
• Evaluate performance and motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance
• Establish and implement short- and long-term organizational goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
• Assist with equipment needs

Education & Experience

• Previous construction management experience including Civil Management and Civil Estimating, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of construction operations, construction equipment, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat and related products (not required, but preferred)
• Functional knowledge of project management software, such as ProCore
• Functional knowledge of productivity/payroll tools
• High school diploma
