Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Vice President of Partner Solutions to lead our national sales strategy, manage a high-performing team of Solution Representatives, and drive revenue growth. This role is pivotal in accelerating Studer Education’s transformation from a legacy coaching model to a bundled solutions approach that includes coaching, surveys, online learning labs, and software solutions. This is an exempt full-time position and reports to the Chief Experience Officer.
Location & Work Environment
This position is Remote (U.S.-based) and requires proficiency in managing a geographically distributed sales team.
While remote, being based in Denver, Colorado is highly desirable to facilitate direct engagement with Studer Education leadership and key strategic meetings.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy focused on aggressive growth in K12 school districts.
- Drive revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and high-value contracts.
- Lead market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats.
- Oversee a team of Solution Representatives, ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to build a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Architect scalable sales processes for bundled and custom solutions in the K12 market.
- Maintain and grow a personal sales pipeline, achieving or exceeding individual revenue targets.
- Partner with marketing and product development teams to align offerings with evolving market demands.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with K12 district leaders, influencing decision-making and driving adoption of Studer solutions.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations, close complex deals, and oversee contract renewals.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and client retention.
- Collaborate closely with the CFO and additional C-Suite members to generate accurate forecasting, revenue projections, and financial models.
- Work with Marketing to refine go-to-market strategies and demand generation initiatives.
- Engage in product development discussions to ensure market needs are met.
- Represent Studer Education at conferences, industry events, and client presentations.
- Serve as a thought leader in K12 educational solutions, contributing to white papers, webinars, and strategic discussions.
Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity (Director-level or higher).
- Demonstrated success in K12 school district sales, with experience leading teams to meet aggressive revenue goals.
- Background in selling educational products, coaching solutions, or SaaS-based offerings in the K12 market.
- Expertise in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and selling to K12 Superintendents and boards.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to market expansion.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) for relationship building and conflict resolution.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities, with a focus on metrics and performance.
Base Salary: $105,000–$125,000
