- Answer all incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Answer and promptly respond to all incoming emails and virtual messages
- Schedule Service Appointments
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Maintain a friendly and professional rapport with both internal and external customers
- Performing other tasks as requested by supervisor
- Consistently communicate to Service Advisors customer questions and requests
- Dependable, team player. Outgoing and friendly disposition
- Neat and clean appearance
- Ability to work well independently and in a fast paced team environment
- Ability to multi-task and de-escalate upset customers
- Professionally speak to customer representing the McCluskey Automotive in a positive way at all times
- Superior attention to detail with impeccable time management skills and a passion for Customer Service
- Must be reliable
