The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless Service Delivery execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate activities across organizational boundaries to ensure the company executes the job in line with customer and company expectations, contract terms and conditions.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Thru-Tubing Fishing business
- Protecting the HS&E of the teams
- Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon
- Primary resource for the Service Delivery Manager to assist in executing all TTF activities as outlined in the Manage the Job Cycle process.
- Accountable for Technical Review of the job planning, equipment preparation and people readiness.
- Responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.
- Primary contact for client for job planning, preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for the company.
- Familiar with the assigned client’s process for MOC/escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the client’s objectives (examples clients asking for BKR to operate outside of product specifications, client asking BKR to execute work in way that is not aligned with the BKR SOP…)
- Prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery.
- Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash.
- Coordinating with field crews to manage any requirements/mobilizations during the job at the customer well site/location.
- Project and Deployment Readiness

To Be Successful In This Role You Will
- Have a Bachelor’ Degree in an Engineering OR in lieu of bachelor’s 5+ years of experience and minimum High School Diploma/GED.
- Have relevant work experience in TTF.
- Excellent communication skills and be fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Good interpersonal skills
