Strive for excellence and consider joining our growing team today! **JOB OVERVIEW** MartinFederal has an opening for a SharePoint Administrator to join our team of talented and diverse individuals. This role will directly support the Strength Maintenance Training Battalion (SMTB) at Camp Robinson which is currently the acting schoolhouse for the Recruiting and Retention Command, United States National Guard. The SharePoint Administrator will work under the general supervision of the SMTB Knowledge Manager. The SharePoint Administrator is primarily responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of the Microsoft SharePoint 365 Teams Site environment for the Strength Maintenance Training Center (SMTC). Secondarily, this position will assist in planning and support for future SharePoint versions throughout SMTB. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Assist government and other technical staff to ensure Share Point is used according to best practices.
- Use problem-solving and analytical skills to design, development, customize, implement, upgrade, and support Share Point sites, workflows, web parts, and other applications within the SMTC
- Maintain and administer SharePoint services, including search, content hub, user profile and Excel services.
- Develop, configure and maintain document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections.
- Manage SharePoint end user accounts, permissions and access rights in accordance with best-practices regarding privacy and security.
- Maintain and manage SharePoint Search Administration.
- Support end users with all SharePoint related issues.
- Develop training materials and provide training to users with varying levels of skills.
- Generate website statistics and reports as needed, using custom or packaged tools.
- Reviews internal critical security vulnerability reports for action.
- Monitors and completes requests and incident resolution via
- Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly administrative task to keep
- High School Diploma / GED and a minimum of (2) years of SharePoint administration experience.
- Extensive experience with Share Point Server 2013/2016/ Microsoft
- Expertise and experience with medium-complexity technical activities.
- Proficient with IIS 7.0, Active Directory, and SQL Server 2005 or higher as they relate to SharePoint.
- Proficient with HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, XML, XSLT, CAML
2013, and
SharePoint Designer 2013.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate, Lectora, and/or
