Description

Gardner White is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This team member will be responsible for producing engaging content across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and create meaningful connections with our audience. You will collaborate closely with various team members to execute campaigns that align with our objectives and the Gardner White brand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality, original content including images, videos, graphics and copy tailored to each social media platform including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and Pinterest while maintaining a brand voice.
  • Actively engage with our audience to build positive relationships and interactions with our followers.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and up and coming platforms to identify opportunities for unique content and engagement.
  • Collaborate and ideate with various teams to align content with overall strategy, launches, and partnerships.
  • Innovate and create storytelling opportunities to keep our social media platforms fresh and engaging; create social campaigns for each social platform as appropriate.
  • Monitor and analyze performance analytics to optimize content and campaigns.

Work Environment

This job operates in-office, in stores as well as in public event space. Sitting and standing for long periods of time possible.

Physical Demands

The employee will regularly be sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and bending.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of social media experience and a proven track record.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies.
  • Possess the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written.
  • Strong copywriting skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in various social media, management, and design platforms.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Some nights and weekends are required on the needs of the business.
