About The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, fixing, and enhancing high-quality software applications. What You Will Do
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues related to customer-facing software applications
- Development: Performing hotfixes, enhancing application features by working with the core engineering team by adopting engineering best practices and test-driven development
- Technical Support: Interacting with internal stakeholders to understand their problems and provide technical solutions ensuring business continuity
- Technical Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, such as knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
- Product Testing: Assisting in testing new products or software updates to identify and fix bugs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Sound programming skills in one or more languages -- Python preferred (e.g., C#, Java, Python)
- Experience in building and maintaining microservices (RESTful APIs)
- Familiarity with developing and deploying applications into AWS or Azure
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
