Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for application or workflow troubleshooting, testing, training, and support initiatives of the organization. Support of projects or initiatives will be onsite at clinic, business, or IT areas. The position will reside in the Information Technology department and the roles and responsibilities will vary depending on initiative or project. Travel will be necessary.

Salary Range: $50,724 - $62,659 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: Associate’s degree from an accredited institution in a healthcare or IT program, or related studies.
With high school diploma may substitute 1:1 for experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
Required: 1 year of information technology, educational/corporate training or direct experience with EPIC
electronic medical systems
Preferred: Epic System experience.
One-year experience as an MA an LVN, or in an IT support role.
License(s)
Required: Valid Texas driver’s license
Preferred: N/A
Special Skills
Required: Strong ability to be adaptable to multiple positions.
Ability to learn EPIC and quickly apply knowledge.
Proficiency in use of desktop computer systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, email)
Preferred: N/A
Other
Required: Proven communication, presentation, problem solving and technical skills
Preferred: N/A
Working Environment: Office
